The North Dakota Information Technology Department, working in cooperation with the Office of Management and Budget, State Procurement Office, hereafter known as “State,” is soliciting proposals for Information Technology (IT) professional services to support the State with both project-based and staff-augmentation work with an emphasis on expertise in support of Human Services related business areas. The State plans to meet this need by awarding source-of-supply contracts to multiple qualified vendors who possess IT expertise in support of Human Services business areas. IT expertise includes professional knowledge, skill, and experience in, but not limited to, management, analysis and design, development, and testing services. Human Service business areas include, but are not limited to, Medicaid (Medicaid Management Information Systems (MMIS), and Eligibility), Temporary Assistance to Needy Families (TANF), Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), Low Income Heating and Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP), Child Care, Basic Care, Child Support Enforcement, and Children and Family Services. Once these contracts are in place, the State will use a structured work order request process to obtain IT professional services.
