Phil Silverman has over 20 years’ experience in helping clients improve business processes through healthcare technology. Forging alliances and building strategic relationships with executive and operational staff through consultative methodologies has been one of his strengths. Phil’s proven ability to collaborate with clients and partners has enabled the development and design of strategies and solutions that deliver immediate results and ensure quality and financial stability of the client’s health and human services programs. Commanding a broad understanding of health care delivery, Medicare and Medicaid policies, analytics, and cost containment strategies, Phil lends a customer-centric approach to the Connvertex team.
Phil is responsible for Connvertex’ public sector business of Government services and solutions with a primary focus on the U.S. Health & Human Services (HHS) market. Responsibilities include identifying, developing, qualifying, negotiating and managing contracts within Local and State Government markets.
